The owner/s of the motor vehicle entered and the driver/ rider thereof and passengers whilst participating in the event shall do so on condition
that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the "Gippsland Vehicle Collection Inc." or the committee thereof or the sponsors of the event
or their respective officials, servants or agents for any personal injuries or damage to the vehicle entered whether or not the same shall be
caused by or contributed to by any act or omission or negligence on the part of the "Gippsland Vehicle Collection Inc." or the committee
thereof or the sponsors of the event or any of their respective officials, servants or agents. Any conditions not governed by the regulations of
the event will be adjudicated upon by the Club Committee, and/or the event organisers, whose decision shall be final.

Special Conditions
All motor vehicles must be roadworthy and be either on limited registration or full road registration and all driver/ riders must be the holder of
a current drivers licence.
If riding a motor cycle I agree to wear a fully approved helmet at all times whilst riding in the event.
I agree to abide by the regulations of the event and all the instructions of the Club Committee and Marshals, and all road and traffic laws
including speed limits, by-laws and regulations and to show due courtesy to all users of the roads.
I acknowledge that I am bound by all the conditions of this entry form and that all the information supplied by me here on is true and correct.

The Gippsland Vehicle Collection

Presents the Inaugural Melbourne to Maffra Rally (M2M)

October 18th & 19th 2008 for vehicles over 25 years of age.

The Rally is a Club Permit Event for vehicles over 25 yrs of age to be run from
Berwick to Maffra on October 18th returning to Berwick. on Sunday 19th Oct. 2008.

Sat 18 th October .
Vehicles will check in & receive their Rally pack at the Start area Akoonah Park, from
7.30 am Berwick Showgrounds Melways Map 111, H 10
Enter at Gate 5, Cardinia St. Berwick.
All participants to attend a Rally briefing at 8.30. am.
Vehicles will depart individually in any order from 9.00 am & can follow the suggested route to the lunch stop at Glengarry.
The lunch stop at Glengarry is open from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm.
Your light lunch will be available by presenting your meal ticket which is in your Rally pack.
After lunch you depart to Maffra, meeting at the Motor Museum known as “The Maffra Shed” where you have an admission ticket &
an afternoon Tea ticket in your Rally pack.
Afternoon tea will be available from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm as part of your entry fee.
You can then check in at your Accommodation & have a look around our fine town, or rest up for the Rally Dinner,

Sat. Night Rally Dinner.
Will be a two course meal at the Maffra Memorial Hall, starting at 6.30 pm.
Your Rally Mementos will be handed out at the dinner.
A bus will run from two Sale Motels to Maffra picking up at 6.00 pm & departing Maffra at 10.30 pm
If you requested the bus, your tickets are in your Rally pack.
The Rally mementoes will be handed out. A briefing on the Sundays run will be held after the Dinner.

Sunday 19 th October.
Breakfast will be available at “The Maffra Shed” from 8.00 am to 9.30 am
Vehicles can depart for the Lunch stop at “Old Gippstown” Moe, any time after 9.00 am
The lunch stop will be open from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Vehicles to check in at the finish at Buchanan Park, Clyde Rd, Berwick from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm to receive their last stamp on their Rally
passport.

Support Vehicle on both days..
In an emergency a support vehicle will travel the suggested route and can be contacted by
