Club Ride to Mt Macedon June09 |

 We decided to leave from Reg Hammond’s place at Yarrambat because there is always coffee & biscuits – thanks Reg.
Eleven bikes took off at 9.30a.m. to ride through Whittlesea, Wallan & Romsey where we picked up Noel Wills then on to Bolinda & Hesketh to the base of Mt.Macedon.
The weather had been good until we encountered fog and mist on the ride up the hill.
There was no chance of a view from the top so we all took to the coffee shop for morning tea.
Colin Sullivan ordered first and he got a great supply of all things yummy. Thinking that he had bought for everyone, the rest of us just ordered coffee. When the bugger wouldn’t share, we had to order again! Polly couldn’t believe that one man could eat so much tucker.
An hour later we rode back through the mist to Hanging Rock then on to Lancefield, Kilmore, Wandong and back to Yarrambat.
Good Time had by all. Total klm’s 215.

This is my last ride, as Club Captain and I would like to thank all the riders that have been on our trips over the last few years.
