YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THE CLUB PERMIT SCHEME

The Vic Roads revised Club Permit Scheme [CPS] is compliant from the1st February 2011 which means both Club and Club members have to be more accountable and have more responsibilities to comply with the scheme’s regulations.

As financial membership of a Vic Roads approved Club is mandatory to participate in the CPS, the Classic Motor Cycle Club of Victoria is now required to notify Vic Roads within 14 days when a participating club member becomes unfinancial.

The Club’s constitution states our financial membership year finishes at the AGM which is the 20^th July this year, therefore YOU MUST pay your membership fees by the AGM  in July each year to continue to participate in the CPS.

If you are unfinancial you are not eligible to participate in the CPS and your number plate returned to Vic Roads and the log book destroyed.

If caught riding as an unfinancial Club member or without a log book entry heavy penalties apply.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your membership is paid by the 20^th July 2011.
