Having recently attended the Three Rivers Rally, a well attended and well run day with a great diversity of machines and attendees, the month has gone from start to finish in record time.

As we go to Press, final arrangements are being made for the run to Marong and the much looked forward to ‘Springtime Bask’ to be held in Ballarat over the 19^th and 20^th September weekend (see notice this issue or contact Burger Drake on

The committee is actively planning out 12 months ahead so the members may plan forward their attendances at all future functions and we hope to have this out in either the October or November issue.

Also plans are about to commence for another ‘Picnic Day’ similar to the now famous 2007 event.

By the time of reading this issue, we will have hosted our inaugural ‘New Members Night’ and if it’s a hit, others will follow.

Volunteers are now urgently needed to assist with supper set up for monthly meetings. Even if you could help a few times please contact any one of the committee members to let us know.

In closing, a busy month, an exciting year coming.
