I was recently at the National Motorcycle Museum near Birmingham UK. After the disastrous fire in 2003 which destroyed or damaged some 500 motorcycles, there are now aprrox 600 motorcycles on display all fully restored to the manufactures original specifications.
The museum presents a comprehensive cross-section of British motorcycles manufactured from the early 1900s to the 1980s & I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to visit.
Note: As I am a Triumph ‘fan’ most of the photos are ... you guessed it Triumphs.
