Obtain from VicRoads a "Club permit Application" (CPA) form  either via the web or in person. (or click HERE to download the form). Fill out the form and send it to the Club Secretary for signature and membership verification together with a current roadworthy certificate (RWC). Present or post your signed CPA and RWC to VicRoads for payment. There are 45 and 90 day Permit use options available.

When you have received your number plate, forward the number details to the Secretary to complete club records as required by VicRoads.

Remember to carry and fill out your log book before you start your ride.

Don't forget to enclose a stamped self addressed envelope with your documents to the Secretary.
